An ocean inspired dress! I've been playing with this idea ever since I came up with a similar design for the Ariel dress a couple months ago (which I scrapped at the time). This one is loosely based off the original Little Mermaid story by Hans Christian Andersen. Really though, I just wanted to draw a dress of water
